Explanation of work completed:
Our specialist machinery crushed the existing stone materials to a depth of 200mm then we added bulk cement powder to a set percentage thorough our specialist cement spreader to achieve the required strength plus 2 applications of water which were mixed in with the stone crusher / milling machine to the depth of 200mm.
Once all the materials are thoroughly mixed the material can be graded to cast a fall across the road and compacted with a heavy duty roller.
The finished surface on the road is a surface dressing of hot bitumen and 6mm single sized whinstone chip.
All the processes involved are carried out by the RTW Road Restoration ltd team no sub-contractors are used.
